What we handle and why

Your email address, when you leave it to get the free pack or hear about new packs. The legal basis is your consent, and we use it only for that.

Purchase data, if you buy a pack: payment is processed by the sales platform, which handles the card. We never see or store banking details.

Aggregated usage data, without identifying you, to know which tools get used. With Google Analytics only if you accepted it.

The tools on this site run in your browser: photos you upload are never sent to a server of ours, and never stored.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that keep the site running, and only what is needed: hosting, the email service we write to you with, the payment platform and, if you accepted, Google Analytics.

We never sell or hand data to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Your email, for as long as you stay subscribed. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and we delete it when you use it.

Purchase records, for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, limit or object to its processing and take it elsewhere. Write to hola@creativestar.store and we will reply within one month.

If you think we handled it badly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Minors

This site is not aimed at children under 14. If you are younger than that, do not leave us your email without permission from a parent or guardian.
